Digital editions
The PDF book, companion toolkit, PDF + Toolkit bundle and Team package are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad handles checkout and access to the purchased downloads. Check the product description, file format, total price and purchase terms shown there before paying, and keep your receipt.
The PDF is the complete book in a fixed page layout. The standalone toolkit excludes the book. The toolkit contains ten resources: three Excel workbooks, three Word templates and four printable PDF guides, plus a Start Here guide and licence. The bundle combines the PDF book and toolkit for one user; the Team package covers up to five named users in one organisation (one legal entity).

Prices, taxes and delivery charges
Website prices are shown in euros. The PDF Edition, Companion Toolkit, PDF + Toolkit Bundle and Team Edition are one-off digital purchases through Gumroad. Their displayed prices exclude applicable VAT or sales tax, which Gumroad calculates based on your location and adds at checkout. Digital downloads have no shipping or handling fees. Review the final total before payment.
Printed books are ordered through Amazon. Prices may vary by edition and marketplace. Amazon shows the final price, applicable taxes and any shipping or handling charges before you pay; check the delivery estimate for your address.
Access to your downloads
Open the content link in your Gumroad receipt to access your purchase. If your package includes the toolkit, begin with the Start Here guide.
14-day refund policy for digital purchases
If your purchase is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. This applies to the PDF Edition, Companion Toolkit, PDF + Toolkit Bundle and Team Edition purchased through my Gumroad store, including if you have already downloaded the files. No reason is required.
To request a refund, email book@christopheatten.com with your order reference and the email address used for the purchase. Gumroad is the merchant of record and processes the refund; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. For download or access problems, you can contact the same address or use the help options in your Gumroad receipt.
This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content, or rights under Gumroad’s applicable terms. Any more favourable refund promise made when you purchased remains applicable.
For printed books, use the order and returns options provided by Amazon. Service cancellation terms are agreed in your written proposal before booking.

Hardcover: available 9 October 2026.
Print-edition links open Amazon. Check the selected edition, seller, current price, ordering availability, shipping charges and estimated delivery date before buying. Publication date is not a delivery guarantee. Manage print orders, delivery and returns through the Amazon account used for the purchase.
Printed books do not include the separate toolkit downloads.

For an AI readiness session, keynote or advisory engagement, send an enquiry or email hello@christopheatten.com. Scope, fees, payment, cancellation terms and delivery dates are agreed in a written proposal before a booking is confirmed.
Service fees are shown in EUR and exclude VAT, where applicable. Any VAT and agreed expenses will be itemised in your written proposal before booking.
The book launch offer is open to everyone and applies to displayed service fees for bookings confirmed in writing by 31 December 2026. Retainers and tailored advisory are individually quoted. Each engagement includes one personal-use PDF copy of the book for one named recipient; no printed copy, shipping or toolkit licence is included.
