Scope and deliverables
Before: a short questionnaire on your objectives, tools and challenges, plus review of up to three proposed use cases.
During: compare opportunities by value, feasibility and risk in a focused 60-minute call.
After: an action brief of up to two pages with a recommended starting point. The delivery date is agreed when booking.

Scope and deliverables
Before: a preparation call to understand your audience and adapt an existing talk to their priorities.
During: a keynote tailored to your audience, followed by agreed Q&A.
After: an agreed summary or reading list. New research, recording, travel and reuse of materials are scoped in the proposal.

Monthly support: a reserved allocation of advisory time for your priorities, with the hours, contact channels and response arrangements agreed at the outset.
Reviews: discuss AI plans, vendor proposals and governance questions, with practical next steps after each review.
Clear scope: the proposal sets the review volume, notice period and treatment of additional or unused hours. One PDF copy is included when the engagement begins.

Scope and deliverables
Pilot planning: define one use case, success measures, responsibilities and an eight-week plan. Agree the working sessions and review points around your team.
Governance review: examine a defined workflow, human oversight and exception handling, with prioritised findings and a readout.
Your proposal: sets the documents, interviews, deliverables and timing. Implementation can be scoped as a separate engagement.
The launch offer applies to the displayed service fees for bookings confirmed in writing by 31 December 2026; delivery dates are agreed separately. Retainers and tailored advisory are individually quoted. Travel, customisation and extra follow-up are agreed in your proposal.
